own it is a one day intensive showing women how to stand up, stand out and be heard as powerful forces in their personal and professional lives. own it encourages each woman to fully own their body, voice and energy so they can be seen differently...as a grounded and fierce source of intellect, strength and credibility.

This event is for any woman who is ready to:
- Be seen and heard as a believable, trustworthy leader;
- Be confident at a whole new level and in any situation;
- Manage stress more efficiently and effectively;
- Increase your  level of energy and stamina;
- Trust your "gut decisions" and manage risk more effectively;
- Make 2018 HER year to shine; and
- Belong to a group of truly supportive women who champion you each step of the way.

This event is vital for any  woman who is ready to truly own it at a new level, make connections with other powerful women and be championed as the leader they always knew they could be.

Questions always come up about events like this, and we want to save you some time by providing you with answers to some of the questions that we see a lot. Don’t hestitate to reach out with further questions.

  • Do I need to be a leader or business owner?
    Absolutely not! If you’re a woman who has always wanted to be seen and heard in a bigger way, this event is for you. Companies and communities need women with all kinds of gifts and abilities, and anyone is welcome.
  • What should I wear?
    Wear something that makes you feel good and feminine. Choose something that is easy to sit on the floor and move in. That could be a long flowing skirt, yoga pants, or a shawl...whatever feels goot to you!  Please leave your jeans at home and refrain from wearing perfumes as many are extremely sensitive to them. Pure essential oils are welcome. Lastly, please wear deodorant as we are inside all day and moving around.
  • How do I sign up for this event?
    Just simply click one of the Register buttons above. You’ll be taken to a ticket purchasing screen where you can book your spot.
  • What should I bring?
    Definitely bring a water bottle, a journal to write in and a pen. The room at times can feel a bit chilly, so feel free to bring a blanket, shawl or sweater so that you can be comfortable
  • Is there an age limit?
    This event is open to women ages 21 and above due to the potential consumption of alcoholic beverages, but we are totally willing to make exceptions based on case-by-case evaluations. Just get in contact with us, and we’ll let you know.
  • What if I have to cancel?
    The tuition for this event is non-refundable. You may transfer one time to another DVLP Solutions event within 18 months of your original registration if the need arises, with a minimum of 15 days’ advance notice.
  • Do I have to attend the celebration?
    We encourage all attendees to attend the celebration happy hour from 4:30-5:30pm. Women have a really hard time celebrating their accomplishments. That's why we host an amazing closing event with rituals, presents and celebrations! Most importantly, its a time to personally  connect more with Jenn, Lisa and the rest of the incredible women in the room so you have a supportive community committed to championing your immediate and future success!
